Started in town Liberec-based re-enactment group [[http://schiavi.cz/|Schiavi]], spent couple months in Prague's school Caer Morhen. Since 1999 is also studying [[http://kfwch.cz|Lok Yiu Wing Chun kung fu]] by Sifu Martin Cholevík. Studied German school of long sword in Liechtenauer's tradition with Jan Hořejší and Viktor Kliment. Apart from translating Italian renaissance treatises, spends time by studying and playing music of early middle-ages.
